Only Personal information considered necessary to facilitate our services or activities is collected from our client. This information may include:

  • details of annual income, expenditure and employment or business activities

  • details of any securities or investments yo may have

  • monitor your account with the Australian Tax Office (ATO)

Information collected through our Website 

Unless provided voluntarily and knowingly we do not collect personally-identifiable information from you on our website. However, should you specifically agree to follow-up contacts by us or ask to be placed on our mailing list, we may contact you from time to time. 

Changes to Personal Information 

Should your current personal information change (e.g. address or phone number), or if you no longer wish us to keep your personal details on file, we will endeavour to facilitate the correction, update or removal your details from our records.  A small fee may be charged to cover administrative costs incurred, in providing personal information to you. If for any reason you believe that we are holding inaccurate or incomplete information, you should advise us to correct it. 

What if our Privacy Policy changes? 

All information provided is used in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which it was collected.  Should we decide to change our Privacy Policy, any changes will be posted on our website, so our clients are always cognisant of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances if any we disclose it.
